A Lived-Experience, Peer-Guided Approach to Trauma-Informed Care
This training offers a practical, peer-informed look at how trauma impacts individuals and pathways to healing. Topics include Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), the trauma–addiction cycle, trauma-informed care principles, complex behavioral considerations, and the importance of self-care. Participants will leave with real-world insights and tools grounded in lived experience.

About the Speaker
Meet Lillian Hatch - Trauma Specialist
Lillian is a trauma-informed advocate, artist, and storyteller who transforms pain into purpose. Her work is rooted in lived experience, using creative expression to help others navigate the complex realities of childhood trauma, abuse, neglect, and systemic silence.
With a powerful voice shaped by resilience and self-discovery, Lillian brings awareness to Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), childhood PTSD, and the lasting impact of early trauma on mental health and identity. She believes in the healing power of truth, art, and community, and works to create safe spaces where shame is dismantled and survivors feel seen, heard, and validated.
Her mission is to educate, empower, and inspire both survivors and professionals to recognize the invisible wounds of trauma and take action toward healing and change. Through her empathy, insight, and unwavering honesty, Lillian bridges isolation with connection and offers hope to anyone reclaiming their story.
