Whether you're managing withdrawal from alcohol, opioids, or other substances, this outpatient program offers a structured, compassionate environment where you can begin your self-directed recovery journey.

Our Ambulatory Withdrawal Management program is located at 2148 Vadalabene Drive, Maryville, IL. This outpatient service expands access to safe, structured care for adults experiencing mild to moderate substance withdrawal.

What is Ambulatory Withdrawal Management?

Ambulatory Withdrawal Management is a structured, outpatient alternative to inpatient withdrawal management, previously referred to as detox. It offers individuals the flexibility to begin their recovery journey in a supportive environment without requiring overnight hospitalization.

Assessment

This program is designed for adults who:

• Are experiencing mild to moderate withdrawal symptoms

• Meet clinical and safety criteria for outpatient care

• Are motivated to begin recovery in a structured, supportive setting

Services Offered

• Comprehensive clinical assessments

• Medication management
• Case management and behavioral health support
• Referrals to ongoing treatment, including residential treatment when needed

How to Get Started

Location: 2148 Vadalabene Drive, Maryville, IL 62062

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.  

Clients can self-refer by calling us at 618.512.1973. Our team will collect demographic and clinical information and screen for appropriate services. Eligible clients will then be transferred to our Medication Assisted Recovery team for intake and scheduling.
