Our Ambulatory Withdrawal Management program is located at 2148 Vadalabene Drive, Maryville, IL. This outpatient service expands access to safe, structured care for adults experiencing mild to moderate substance withdrawal.
What is Ambulatory Withdrawal Management?
Ambulatory Withdrawal Management is a structured, outpatient alternative to inpatient withdrawal management, previously referred to as detox. It offers individuals the flexibility to begin their recovery journey in a supportive environment without requiring overnight hospitalization.
Assessment
This program is designed for adults who:
- Are experiencing mild to moderate withdrawal symptoms

How to Get Started
Location: 2148 Vadalabene Drive, Maryville, IL 62062
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Clients can self-refer by calling us at 618.512.1973. Our team will collect demographic and clinical information and screen for appropriate services. Eligible clients will then be transferred to our Medication Assisted Recovery team for intake and scheduling.
