Mark Campbell has used survey instruments with several government agencies including the Surface Transportation Board (STB, a sub-sector of the Transportation Department) and the Army Corps of Engineers (ACE). Over the past decade, he conducted cost analyses on multiple NIH grants and collaborated in the development of both SIC©™ (Stages of Implementation Completion, which tracks the implementation of an invention from conception to competency) and COINS (Cost of Implementing New Strategies, which utilizes the SIC©™ implementation activities to associate cost of completion). He currently serves as Director of the Eugene Office and the Family Coach Program, overseeing operations and budgets and conducting cost analysis as part of the implementation of research projects.
