Concerned about substance use in your community? Groups throughout the state are working hard to create change.
Recovery-Oriented Systems of Care (ROSC) is a network of community services and supports that aims to build on the strengths and resilience of individuals, families, and communities to prevent substance use and improve health, wellness, and quality of life for those with or at risk of alcohol and drug use challenges.
Contact your local ROSC to get involved. You can join meetings, support others, or help plan events that share recovery resources.
