Alpha Mouctar Bah, DO

Family Medicine Resident

Dr. Bah is a Family Medicine Resident at Chestnut Health Systems. He is a member of the American College of Physicians, and the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Dr. Bah earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Kansas City University, and his bachelor’s in biochemistry from Binghamton University. He approaches treatment with an emphasis on empathy, respect, and collaboration. “I believe in treating not just the illness, but the whole person — recognizing the social, emotional, and cultural factors that impact their health.”

Dr. Bah grew up in a low-income neighborhood in New York, where he was inspired to pursue a career in medicine. He strives to serve families in communities like his own, and to be a role model to others who may be less fortunate.
