Chestnut Family Health Center (CFHC) provides short, solution focused behavioral health services.
Mental health is an essential part of our overall health. If you have struggled with feelings of depression, anxiety, trauma or other mental health conditions and want confidential, professional treatment, CFHC is here to help.
We can support you through the stresses of everyday life and as you substitute unhealthy behaviors for healthier ones.
Chestnut offers short-term, brief interventions for individuals, couples and families; referrals for specialty mental health and substance use treatment; safety planning; and outpatient crisis stabilization.

Interpreting Services
CFHC contracts for interpreting services, available by phone, which enables us to provide better service to our patients who do not speak English. Sign language interpretation is also available. We ask for 48 hours’ notice to schedule interpretive services.
