Join us on Wednesday, July 8, for a Primary Care Walk-In Event at our Wood River location. Take the first step toward better health by establishing primary care services for yourself and your family (children ages 2 and up).
Walk-ins are welcome, or you can schedule an appointment in advance. Please bring your ID and insurance card. We look forward to seeing you!
