In Good Hands If necessary, a mobile response team can come to you. Response teams include a peer specialist, someone who has personal experience with mental health and/or substance use struggles, along with a crisis clinician, someone with at least a bachelor’s degree or five years of field experience. Both individuals will be there to help, approaching every situation with compassion and professionalism.
