Rachael is a Research Analyst III at Chestnut Health Systems’ Lighthouse Institute, working on project coordination, data and methodology for various projects. With over 13 years of experience, she has managed federally and foundation-funded research on behavioral health screening, risk assessment, implementation and policy research in juvenile justice, and large-scale randomized control trials for treating serious antisocial behavior, substance abuse, and mental health in emerging adults.
