Kate graduated in 2021 from Illinois State University with a master’s in quantitative psychology. Kate has been with Chestnut Health Systems’ Lighthouse Institute since 2021 and has worked as a Data Scientist since 2025. In this role, she works closely with Casey Sarapas, Michael Dennis and other collaborators on projects relating to mental health, addiction and substance abuse. Kate is passionate about developing and sharing data utilities and training materials to enhance data quality and efficiency across the data lifecycle.
Kate also graduated from the University of Puget Sound in 2019 with a degree and specialty in music theory. You may run into her performing on the trumpet if you are ever in the California East Bay area!
