Missy Baker is a Certified Research Administrator with expertise in research administration including pre- and post-award of projects supported by federal and foundation funding along with industry clinical trial contract and budget negotiation. Before joining Chestnut, Missy was the Director of the Office of Sponsored Projects at Nemours Children’s Health and, prior to that, she was a Grant Administrator at Mayo Clinic. In her time working in research administration, she has gained extensive experience with a variety of funding mechanisms, IRB processes, contracts, and working with grants through all phases of the award. After serving in a leadership role for several years, Missy is excited to work directly with the scientists and research teams to support grant administration at Chestnut Health Systems.
