We are committed to providing excellent service with affordable fees. No one will be denied service based solely on their financial status or ability to pay.
We accept private insurance, Illinois and Missouri Medicaid, Medicare, and direct payment by cash, check, or credit card. All patients/clients have access to discounted rates, as determined by family size and income. Our staff will help you determine fees, check insurance coverage, and apply for payment assistance.
Please bring your medical or insurance card with you to your appointment. Payment at the time of service is preferred.
