Donnetta “Netta” House is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Chestnut Health Systems. She provides care for individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, trauma-related concerns, psychotic disorders, and substance use disorders. Netta uses evidence-based practices including psychiatric assessment and diagnosis, medication management, motivational interviewing, psychoeducation, supportive therapy, and trauma-informed care.
Netta earned her BSN from the University of Missouri–St. Louis and her MSN as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from the University of Missouri’s Sinclair School of Nursing. She believes in compassionate, patient-centered care that emphasizes collaboration, open communication, and empowering patients to take an active role in their mental health.
In her spare time, Netta enjoys spending time with her daughter, participating in church activities, traveling, staying active, and continuing to learn and grow in ways that support her patients and community.
