LI is known for collaborating with other researchers and community organizations, strong implementation, high recruitment and follow-up rates, use of service cascades, clinical decision support, longitudinal intervention/analysis, advanced measurement/analytic methods, incorporating community level data, and commitment to publication/dissemination to the field. LI is proud to include and learn from multiple scientists and staff with lived experience with substance use disorders and legal/welfare systems involvement.
