What is ROSC?

ROSCs are networks of community-based services and supports that are person-centered, strength-based, and are designed to promote long-term recovery. Through partnerships with local stakeholders, ROSC communities work to expand access to recovery resources, reduce stigma, and create environments where recovery can thrive.
