Starting a new school year? Chestnut Family Health Center makes it easy for families to complete required school physicals in a welcoming and supportive environment. We offer comprehensive exams to students entering kindergarten, 6th grade, 9th grade, or those joining a new district.

- Review of personal and family health history
- Vision and hearing screening
- Height, weight, and blood pressure checks
- Developmental and behavioral screening
- Review and update of immunizations
We accept private insurance, Medicaid, and self-pay.
