*Pre-registration is preferred. Call 309-827-6026, option 2, then option 2. There is limited availability during Wellness Fair hours, all others will be scheduled for other days/times. McLean County students who are entering grades requiring completion of physicals and exams will be given preference. Most insurances accepted. Uninsured patients welcome; discounted fees available based on eligibility. Parents/legal guardian must be present. Please bring parent/legal guardian ID, insurance card(s), and child’s immunization record.
