This month, we are proud to celebrate Dennis Anderson, Sr. Data Systems Analyst, IT for his outstanding dedication to the strategic goal of GROWTH: Pursue strategic growth and address infrastructure needs. Through his efforts, he has exemplified our shared mission of branching out together and making a difference in our community and within our team.
We often witness growth as it unfolds over time, much like trees and flowers. We admire its beauty and savor the fruits of that growth, yet we often overlook the daily sunlight essential for it to thrive. We instinctively recognize its importance, but as an intangible force, it often goes unnoticed.
Dennis often provides that sunlight needed for our growth. He works tirelessly, coding and building new workflows in the EMR, laying the foundation for growth to take place. He created the infrastructure in TIER that allows the CCBHC to bloom—managing payer plans, notes, charge capture, billing, payments, denials, and reports. He's also developing a completely new set of rules to ensure compliance with Missouri's CSTAR requirements. Dennis is in a constant state of growth development while also addressing system shortfalls.
We all contribute to growth in different ways, and it's easier to see the tangible aspects—like provider-client interactions or physical spaces. However, the intangibles, like sunlight, often go unnoticed, yet they provide such immense value that without them, growth may not be possible.
Congratulations, Dennis!
